Ingredients:

1/4c. plus 2. T. old-fashioned or quick oats
2 T. dried apricots, chopped
1 T. almonds, thinly sliced
1 T. wheat germ, untoasted
3/4 c. light vanilla yogurt

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
